RISA experiences immerse players in professional-level training at elite facilities, with sessions led by Rangers Academy coaches, competitive fixtures, performance workshops, and behind-the-scenes access at Ibrox Stadium and the Rangers Training Centre. Coaches from across the world also benefit from high-level learning through the annual Coaches Convention, gaining insight into the club’s systems, youth development model and training methodology.
